It’s difficult to be stuck in repeating patterns despite wanting things to be, and feel, better. I use my background in awareness-based modalities (gestalt, Buddhist psychology, somatic, and psychodynamic) to help you increase your insight so you can consciously respond, rather than reflexively react, as you move through your life.

My practice is grounded in the fundamentals of an anti-oppressive approach to psychotherapy that considers social identity and social power as foundational to our psychic lives, experiences, and sense of what it means to be a person.
